Technique (dining room) open Tuesday - Friday  11:30 - 1:00. 

Located at 1310 University Dr. - the corner of University Dr and Euclid, just east of Broadway Ave.  Metered parking available across the street off Euclid, or behind our building off University Circle.

 

Closed for all services May 15 - August 28 for Summer Break.

Technique, the dining room, and the Deli and Bakery, are student operated businesses of the Culinary Arts Program. Students reinforce their classroom theory with hands-on production of food items and provide deli and dining room service. 

Reservations are not required in either dining area, but are encouraged for Technique. Tips received by students during service in the Culinary Arts program are deposited into a student account for scholarships and benevolence.
